And We had given to Moses the Book and made it a Guidance for the Children of Israel that you don’t take besides Me any disposer of affairs.
It is told in verse 32: 23: “And We had given to Moses the Book, then you don’t be in doubt for getting a Book like that of It, and We made It a Guidance to the Children of Israel”. The Soul of all 313 Books is the same and It is Adhikr. Every Book sent down from the Lord to the Messengers is for the entire mankind of that period as explained in verses 3: 3-4. After deputing Muhammed as the Messenger, he is the Messenger for the entire mankind. Just like that after the codification of the last version of Lord’s Book-Adhikr, It is the Balance, Criterium, and Insight for the entire mankind. The mankind created in Paradise is deputed to earth to be the vicegerent of the Lord as explained in verse 6: 165. See explanation 2: 2, 30, 213, and 16: 103.
